Refund Policy
Due to being a digital course, the Company does not offer a refund. Once you pay for the service you will have access for twenty-eight (28) days before you are billed again. If you are not happy with the service within the twenty-eight (28) days, you may cancel your account, but you will not receive any credit or refunds.
Cancellation and Termination
As long as an affiliate remains active and complies with the terms of service and affiliate agreement, G.O.B.E. Tradehouse shall pay commissions to that affiliate in accordance with the Compensation Plan. An affiliate's commissions constitute the entire consideration for the affiliate's efforts in generating sales and all activities related to generating sales (including, but not limited to, building a downline organization). Following an affiliate’s non-continuation of his or her Agreement, cancellation for inactivity, or voluntary or involuntary cancellation (termination) of his or her Agreement (all of these methods are collectively referred to as “Cancellation”), the former affiliate shall have no right, title, claim or interest to the downline organization which he or she operated, or any commissions from the sales generated by the organization. Affiliates waive any and all rights, including, but not limited to, property rights, in the downline which they may have had. Following an affiliate’s cancellation of his or her Agreement, the former affiliate shall not hold him or herself out as a member or an affiliate of G.O.B.E. Tradehouse and shall not have the right to sell G.O.B.E. Tradehouse services. An affiliate whose Agreement is canceled shall receive commissions only for the last full pay period he or she worked prior to cancellation (less any amounts withheld during an investigation preceding an involuntary cancellation).
Non-Renewal
An affiliate may also voluntarily cancel their membership and affiliate status by failing to pay the renewal fee.
Voluntary Termination
Subscriptions may be canceled by submitting a written notice at least five (5) business days prior to the next scheduled processing date and must complete the cancellation form to be removed properly from all the groups, products & services.
To cancel your subscription with G.O.B.E. Tradehouse, submit a cancellation request via email to support@gobetradehouse.com from the e-mail address on file for your account and include your full name. YOU MUST COMPLETE THE CANCELLATION FORM PROVIDED BY support@gobetradehouse.com. You will receive a response from support asking you to fill out a mandatory cancellation form, this form will have a few important questions that allows our support team to gather certain information from you to officially remove you from our paid member services. Please note this cancellation form must be filled out to officially be moved into a cancellation status.
Involuntary Termination
G.O.B.E. Tradehouse reserves the right to terminate a user's account at any time for, but not limited to, violating Terms, Conditions, Affiliate Agreement, Policies, or Procedures. Additionally, G.O.B.E. Tradehouse reserves the right to terminate a user's account at any time for violating any applicable law, ordinance, or regulation regarding G.O.B.E. Tradehouse’s business. G.O.B.E. Tradehouse will notify a user by written, electronic mail with a notice of an intent to terminate an account when applicable which will include the reasons for termination.
